The mobile banking app may collect personal information from you or your financial institution, such as your first and last name, address, email, user IDs, telephone number, and social security number when you create an account and use. This information could include your address or contacts (e.g. to make P2P (peer to peer) payments using Zelle or other payments functionality). We will collect the financial and transaction information necessary to provide you with the Services, including account numbers, payment card expiration date, payment card identification, verification numbers, and transaction and payment history.

INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our members or previous members to anyone other than CUNA Mutual Insurance except as permitted or required by law. If you prefer not to receive information on group insurance from CUNA Mutual Insurance, please let us know.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information concerning you to only those employees at our Credit Union who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. Our employees are educated about the importance of maintaining confidentiality and member privacy. In order to prevent unauthorized access to your information, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal and industry standards to safeguard your nonpublic personal information at all times.
